Training as a Reiki Therapist

Although Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual Discipline it is usually applied very effectively as a healing therapy. Reiki can be successfully used alongside other complementary therapies, enhancing & bringing many benefits to both the therapist and the recipient.

I am offering a Reiki course specially created for the therapist who would like to add a new therapy to their portfolio or would like to enhance their existing practices. The emphasis on this course is on the practicalities of giving Reiki treatments to others rather than the spiritual aspects of Reiki.

Unlike many Reiki courses I recognise that many therapists work on Saturdays so I am intending that these courses can be run on single days during the week as well as at weekends. If two or more therapists wish to agree on a day then I will run a special course for them. Courses are based on a minimum of two students and a maximum of six.

The course will be split over two days (Day 1 & Day 2) which need to be around 8 weeks apart to allow for the student's initial introduction to the Reiki energies to take hold and for the student to build a positive connection to the energy. Both days will be from 9 to 5. The cost of the course will include for the tuition, the Reiki attunement, a manual for each day, CD with exercises, certificate, after-course support and mentoring where required.

The course cost is £175 for the two days. Corporate discounts are available for groups of 4-6 students. Lunches are not provided although there will be hot and cold drinks included throughout the day.
